As a massage therapist, I see patients in all stages of life, treating injuries and chronic conditions as well as performing massage therapy for relaxation and maintenance. I combine swedish massage, myofascial techniques, deep tissue therapy, stretching, joint mobilizations, and specific exercises to assist my patients with symptom reduction and recovery of optimal function. I begin my initial treatment with a brief assessment and develop a treatment plan suited to your individual needs. I also believe in educating my patients by discussing and demonstrating exercises, stretches, ergonomics, and posture, so that you may reach your goals sooner.

In the wild
Outside of the clinic you’ll find me fishing in the great outdoors, and enjoying time with my dog King.
