Set Up a Meet and Greet
Set up a 15 minute meet and greet phone call with our Patient Care Coordinator to find which practitioner is the right fit for you.
At your meet and greet you will get to speak with one of our Patient Care Managers, Jess or Nikki, to tell us about your health concerns, goals, and expectations, and to pair you with the best fit based on your needs and preferences. You also get to know our team, how we do things and help us create a plan of action for your care.
