Katelyn RSW

Katie is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting children, teens, youth navigating anxiety, ADHD, adults, mild to moderate depression, life transitions and mothers navigating life’s challenges.

She understands how overwhelming it can feel to manage big emotions, school stress, and everyday pressures, and works to create a space where young people feel safe, heard, and understood.

Katie’s approach is warm, down-to-earth, and client-centered. Using evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, she helps teens and youth build coping skills, increase confidence, and better understand themselves.

Katie also supports adults in navigating their own & their child’s mental health, offering guidance and a compassionate space to feel supported.

As a mother herself, Katie’s also has a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, identity changes, burnout, and the mental load that often comes with caring for others.

Her approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), strength-based approaches, psychoeducation, and emotion-focused strategies. Katelyn strives to create a space where clients of all ages feel genuinely supported, comfortable, and never judged.

She offers virtual sessions through a secure platform, as well as in-person sessions.
