Kelsey is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, where she earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy.

Kelsey is passionate about empowering both men and women to reconnect with their bodies and feel confident in their movement, exercise, and everyday lives. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a full range of pelvic health concerns, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and prolapse.

In addition to pelvic health, Kelsey also treats a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including acute and chronic injuries, sports injuries, neck and back pain, joint pain, tendinopathies, and post-operative rehabilitation. Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture, personalized exercise prescription, movement education, and injury prevention strategies to optimize recovery and long-term function.

She has a special interest in supporting women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. She treats conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, coccyx pain, hip pain, and back pain, and provides expert education and guidance in birth preparation and individualized postpartum rehabilitation.

When she’s not in the clinic, Kelsey can often be found outdoors, staying active, and enjoying quality time with her husband and daughter.
