Sara Wilkes, NP

Sara is a Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of healthcare experience, bringing a diverse background in primary care, pediatrics, and women’s health. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centred care that helps patients achieve their health and wellness goals with confidence.

In addition to providing primary care services, Sara offers both cosmetic and therapeutic Botox treatments, as well as medical grade piercing. Whether helping patients soften fine lines or treating conditions such as chronic migraines, TMJ dysfunction, bruxism (teeth grinding), and excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), Sara takes a personalized approach that prioritizes safety, education, and natural-looking results.

As a mother of three girls and a new resident of Port Perry, Sara is excited to care for and connect with the local community. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
